For optimum efficiency and for the least amount of interruptions to you and your staff, I have compiled two lists of items or supplies to be prepared for the surgical procedures performed in your office. Since there are two main areas in which I will be working, I have enclosed two separate checklists -- one for the Consultation Area and one for the Surgical Operatory.
I would like to request that your receptionist prepare Checklist #1 for the Consultation Area and that your assistant prepare Checklist #2 for the Surgical Operatory. My goal is to increase our efficiency by having these areas prepared just prior to my arrival.
